Welcome to Photo to Sticker! By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
Photo to Sticker is an independent service operated by an individual (not a company). In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to that operator, who can be reached at support@phototosticker.net.
✅ Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, uploading images, or using any part of Photo to Sticker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification.
👤 User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Waffo, whose Buyer Terms require buyers to be 18 or older.
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must not share your account credentials with others
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our service. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
🎨 Service Usage
Acceptable Use
You may use our service to:
- Upload and transform your own photos into stickers
- Use generated stickers for personal or commercial purposes (based on your plan)
- Download and share your created stickers
- Explore and experiment with different artistic styles
Prohibited Use
You must NOT:
- Upload images you don't have rights to use
- Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Upload or generate violent or gory content — graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or realistic depictions of severe injury or death
- Upload or generate sexual, nude, or otherwise adult content
- Upload images containing child exploitation material (CSAM)
- Upload images that violate others' privacy rights
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the third-party AI models used by the service
- Abuse free trials or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
- Use automated tools to mass-generate content without permission

💰 Pricing & Credits
Credit System
- Free Plan: 2 credits (1 sticker generation) upon registration
- Pro Plan: $29.90/month or $99.90/year for 150 credits per month (75 stickers)
- Each sticker generation costs 2 credits
- Credits refresh monthly and do not roll over
- Monthly-allocated credits expire 30 days after they are granted
Billing & Cancellation
- All prices are in USD
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- Cancel anytime from your account dashboard
- Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy: a full refund is available within 14 days of a charge if the credits from that charge are substantially unused (no more than 10% used)
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
🖼️ Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your images using our AI technology solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Generated Stickers
- Personal Use (Free): You own generated stickers for personal, non-commercial use
- Commercial Use (Pro): Pro plans allow you to use your generated stickers in commercial projects, provided you hold the necessary rights to the images you upload and comply with applicable law, third-party service terms, and our Acceptable Use Policy. We do not guarantee that any output is eligible for copyright, is exclusive to you, or does not infringe third-party rights.
- You may not resell or redistribute our service
Our Platform
All rights, title, and interest in our original website software, user interface, brand assets, and original site content remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of them.
Photo to Sticker is built on third-party technology we do not own — including Google's Gemini AI models (accessed via OpenRouter and compatible gateways), Cloudflare R2 storage, and the Waffo payment platform. Those models, algorithms, and services remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their terms; we make no ownership claim over them.
⚖️ Service, Disclaimers & Liability
Availability: The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and perform maintenance, without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
AI output: AI-generated stickers are produced automatically and are not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.
Third-party services: Generation, storage, email, analytics, and payments rely on third parties (see the Privacy Policy). Their availability and terms are outside our control.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination: If your account is terminated, remaining credits are forfeited and stored images are deleted per our retention schedule. A commercial-use license for stickers you already generated and downloaded under an active Pro plan survives termination, subject to these Terms.
Eligibility: The service is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use it.
Photo to Sticker is operated by an individual developer based in China. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and any dispute arising from or relating to them or to your use of the service is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in China.
