Refund & Cancellation Policy

Merchant of record

Payments are processed by Waffo (waffo.ai), our merchant of record and authorized reseller. Waffo — not Photo to Sticker — appears as the seller on your card or bank statement and handles billing, applicable taxes, and payment support.

What you're buying

We sell subscription credits used to run Photo to Sticker. The Pro plan is available monthly ($29.90/month) or annually ($99.90/year). Both plans grant 150 credits each month; annual plans are billed once per year and credits are refreshed monthly.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Monthly plans renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle; annual plans renew once every 12 months, at the then-current price, until you cancel. On a monthly plan each renewal grants 150 credits; on an annual plan the 150 monthly credits are granted at the start of each month within the paid year.

You authorize Waffo to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops all future renewals.

When you cancel, you keep access and any remaining credits until the end of the period you've already paid for; we don't charge you again after that.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full, provided the credits from that charge are substantially unused. “Substantially unused” means no more than 10% of the credits from that charge have been used. After that window, or once more than 10% of the credits are used, charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel to avoid future renewals.

To request a refund, email support@phototosticker.net with the email on your account and your order or receipt details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Waffo, typically within 5–10 business days.

Credit validity

Monthly subscription credits are valid for 30 days from when they are granted and do not roll over to the next month.
