Acceptable Use Policy (AIGC)

The rules for content you upload and for the images you generate or process with Photo to Sticker β€” sticker creation, AI upscaling, photo restoration, and any other AI feature.

Last updated: August 6, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the images you upload and the AI-generated content ("AIGC") you create with Photo to Sticker. It applies to every AI feature we offer β€” including sticker creation, AI upscaling, and photo restoration β€” and to every user. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By uploading a photo or generating, upscaling, or restoring an image, you agree to follow this policy. It covers both the content you upload and the content the AI produces from it.

On this page: Content standards & prohibited categories Β· Reporting a violation Β· Content moderation & enforcement

1. Content Standards & Prohibited Categories

You may not use Photo to Sticker to upload, generate, process, store, or share content that falls into any of the categories below. This applies whether the content is in a photo you upload or in an image the AI produces (a sticker, an upscaled image, a restored photo, or any other output).

  • Violent or gory content. Graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, animal cruelty, self-harm or suicide, or realistic depictions of severe injury, blood, or death β€” including content that glorifies, encourages, or makes light of such acts.
  • Sexual or adult content. Nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive content, and pornography.
  • Child safety (zero tolerance). Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Such content is reported to law enforcement and relevant authorities.
  • Hate, harassment & extremism. Hate speech, hate symbols, harassment, bullying, threats, or content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or discrimination against protected groups.
  • Illegal content or activity. Anything that is illegal or promotes illegal acts, including drugs, weapons for unlawful use, or fraud.
  • Deceptive or non-consensual imagery. Non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, or misleading edits of real, identifiable people intended to deceive or harm.
  • Rights violations. Content that infringes intellectual property, trademarks, or the privacy or publicity rights of others β€” including uploading photos of other people without their consent.
⚠️ Zero tolerance: Child sexual abuse material, terrorism, and other seriously illegal content will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.

2. Reporting a Violation

If you come across content on Photo to Sticker that you believe violates this policy β€” or if you believe your own image or rights have been misused β€” please report it to us. We review every report we receive.

  • Email support@phototosticker.net with the subject line "AUP report".
  • Include the URL or a description of the content, and β€” if relevant β€” how it affects you (for example, it is your photo, or it infringes your rights).
  • For child-safety or other emergencies, mark the email "URGENT" so we can prioritize it, and contact local law enforcement where there is an immediate risk of harm.

We treat reporter information as confidential, review reports objectively, and act on false or abusive reports the same way we act on other misuse of the service.

3. Content Moderation & Enforcement

We use a combination of automated screening and human review to enforce this policy:

  • Automated upload screening. Every uploaded image is analyzed by an AI vision moderation system before it is processed. Images containing nudity, graphic violence or gore, drug content, or hate symbols are blocked and not sent to the generator.
  • Automated prompt screening. The style and transformation instructions used for generation are screened by a moderation service. Requests flagged as unsafe are blocked, and generation fails closed (is refused) if the check cannot complete.
  • Human review of reports. Content reported under Section 2 is reviewed by a person, who decides on the appropriate action.

Depending on the severity and history of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Issue a warning
  • Remove or block the offending content
  • Limit features, credits, or generation access
  • Suspend or permanently terminate the account
  • Report illegal content (including CSAM) to law enforcement and relevant authorities

Automated moderation is not perfect and may occasionally allow or block content in error. If something that violates this policy slips through, please report it using the steps above. Questions about a moderation decision can be sent to support@phototosticker.net.
